Love Deaf Haiti, Inc. (LDH) empowers Deaf leaders to share the saving message of Jesus Christ to their own people group in their heart language, native sign language.
Additionally, LDH brings together like-minded partners to support Deaf people in Haiti by providing spiritual training, economic support, physical sustenance, language development, education and social and cultural advocacy.

BREAKING DEAF STIGMA IN HAITI WITH THE GOSPEL
In Haiti, being Deaf carries a strong stigma. Many people view Deaf people as uneducatable, undeserving, and inferior.
Love Deaf Haiti, Inc (LDH) strives to eradicate this stigma by teaching our Deaf community their innate value in the eyes of God. We also demonstrate to the hearing community their independence, capabilities, and positive contributions to society as a whole.

One of the greatest battles that are being waged in Haiti is the spiritual war against Voodoo, satanic worship, and evil practices. Through prayer and learning God's Word, our local Haiti Deaf team teach and mentor the Deaf community, as well as the Deaf students, on how to fight the spiritual battle.
