OUR PROJECTS
COMPLETED PROJECTS
With your generous support, we have completed various projects in Haiti. The completion of these projects has ensured the safety, hygiene, nutrition, education, and overall spiritual growth of the Deaf children and community in Les Cayes.
NATIVE BIBLES
Our goal is to encourage spiritual growth through the reading of God's word. This means providing a Bible in their native language, French. We have now been able to purchase and distribute Bibles, making french the standard reading Bible.
KITCHEN
We feed our Deaf students 3 meals a day. Before we had a kitchen our staff would cook outside under a tree, rain or shine. Our Deaf staff now has a covered place to prepare nutritious meals while being protected from the elements.
SECURITY WALL
A security wall provides safety to our children and leaders. We have now been able to purchase a security wall that provides the protection they need as well as the ability to purchase more resources that will be safe from theft.
OUTDOOR PATIO SHADE
The students in Haiti love doing homework and eating their meals together outside. Now they will be protected from the hot sun and enjoy sweet fellowship with one another.
APARTMENT BUILDINGS
In order to manage and meet the needs of the school 24/7, we need a living space for our resident advisors. We have been able to build a new family apartment for Pastor Donalt Charles and his family to ensure quality education for our Deaf students.
BOYS SHOWERS
It is important for us that our Deaf students have access to safe and clean showers so that they can practice proper hygiene. Our boys are excited that they now have their own private outdoor showers.
